After cleansing and rinsing face and neck with water, pat skin lightly with towel. Massage gel onto skin to release dead skin cells. Massage longer and add more gel as needed for more exfoliation. Rinse thoroughly with water. May also be used on neck. Follow with your regular skincare routine. Use 2 or 3 times a week for optimal results.

Note: You may notice that areas with a higher buildup of dead skin cells may respond more effectively to the gel and massaging action.
